The Happy Prince The Happy Prince High above the city, on a tall column, stood the statue of the Happy Prince. A Swallow had fell in love with a Reed and when his friends migrated to Egypt, he remained to court her. One night a Little Swallow flew on the feet of the statue, after that the statue began crying. The Swallow helps the Statue for three nights: he gave the ruby, sapphires and the gold for the misery persons. When winter came the poor Swallow died of cold. The Statue was pulling down and it was bring in a furnace but the Prince's heart didn't melt. When God ask one of His Angels to bring him the two most precious things, the Angel brought him the Prince's heart and the body of the Swallow.
