The Romanticism is characterized from the revaluation of the nature and of the story. For how much it pertains the story, comes revalued as seen like important element for the man as allows to be able to understand him the mistakes lived in past and to avoid wanting to evolve them itself. Besides the story comes revalued as is sought to take again the last values like for example the religion and the patriotic sense typical of the medieval age. While for how much it pertains the Nature, this comes seen like original element that is to say than is not damaged from the man and from its structures. The Romanticism, like literary motion, philosophical and artistic, began in Germany between the end of the eighteenth century and the first dell' Nineteenth century, spread themselves in all of the Europe like reaction to the enlightenment. The intellectual in this period becomes a rebel, is against the society for three different motive. The first motive is that the intellectual, that before belonged to the noble class or was from this protected now is obliged to do other intense activities for be able to live. It is born therefore in him a frustration. The second motive of the frustration of the artist is that for that finding itself in a society in which is mattering the money, it itself cautious meeting place like a fruitless individual, useless. The third motive for that is noted the frustazione dell' intellectual, is given from the fact that now all of the world of the art comes introduced on the market. In general, cautious these frustazioni, the intellectual can take on three attitudes: the self-pitier, the progressive one and the titannico.
